NetShyld provides services related to online safety and cyber defense basics, including one-on-one consulting sessions and live training workshops.

3. Info Products

NetShyld info products include digital guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials on cyber defense fundamentals.

4. Physical Goods

NetShyld offers physical items such as branded gear, printed manuals, and hardware components related to online safety and cyber defense basics.

5. Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through a secure gateway. You may cancel or request a refund as follows:

5.1 Services

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, we will issue a full refund of the amounts paid.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, but you may reschedule the session at no additional charge.
• Once a service session begins, no refund is available.

5.2 Info Products

• Digital downloads are available for download immediately after purchase.
• Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is available.
• If you experience technical defects, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a replacement file.

5.3 Physical Goods

• You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery by shipping back the item in its original packaging and condition.
• Shipping back is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the shipped-back item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NetShyld, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of NetShyld or its licensors and is protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

NetShyld shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental harm arising from the use of our services, info products, or goods.
